FREE WEBSITE DESIGN—I am requesting a free website design (maximum of five design hours—good for up to five web pages for most sites), and I agree to permit free-website-design.com to include a hyperlink in small print at the bottom of my home page, pointing to www.free-website-design.com, which is owned by DLD2000.com, LLC. I understand that my free website design is only available if I pay for at least one year of web hosting at a rate of $120 a year and that I will make payment for the hosting on the next page after I complete this form. I also agree that this free website design is the property of DLD2000.com, LLC and may not be transferred in any way to any other website hosted by another internet service provider or website hosting company without paying an additional fee of $360 to DLD2000.com, LLC. If DLD2000.com, LLC requires more than five hours of design time to complete my website, I understand that they will quote me the difference in advance, before we get started, at a rate of $20 an hour.
